Christine Tervalon-Garrett, Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder of Dancing Hearts  Consulting is a Social-Political challenger and Labor Rights lover. Hailing from sunny San Diego, CA before calling Ashland her home in 2017, Christine has spent over a decade advocating for Union workers and working-class communities to reach economic freedom, healthy working conditions, and a thriving democracy. Given her strong track record of successful power building for Union workers, Christine was sought after and hired to work for the  Building Trades Council of Alameda County as a Business Representative. In that role, she represented over 28,000 Union workers in both private and public sector contract negotiations. Her love of politics and the upliftment of economic constraints on Black people defines her perspective and life’s mission. Currently, Christine calls Ashland, OR home where she lives with her lovely wife Esperanza and their 14-year-old son Santiago.
