Lauren Gottfredson is a people-centered and collaborative program leader, with a focus on community supportive funding and trust-based philanthropy. Her career has been focused on convening and facilitating collaborative programs with a variety of stakeholders through a racial equity lens. Lauren works as a Senior Consultant with Dancing Hearts Consulting, supporting clients in strategic planning, capacity building, and more. Prior to this she served as the Senior Manager of Community Impact at United Way of the Columbia Willamette where she managed multiple fund programs, including the Oregon Census Equity Fund, a $9.5 million public-private fund to support Oregon’s hard to count campaign,  We Count Oregon. 
 
Lauren lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and daughter. She comes to Oregon after having lived in Florida and California, as well as for short periods in Central and South America. holds a Masters of Public Health and a Masters of Arts in Applied Anthropology from the University of South Florida.
